Armond was the Executive Director from 2008 to 2016. Prior to that, he worked as a chemical engineer on construction projects all over North America. In 2007 he “semi-retired” to pursue a passion for protecting and improving wildlife habitat. He serves on the Board of the Wyoming Wildlife Federation, helps remove barbed wire fence, helps with sage grouse lek surveys, and serves as the chair of the Upper Snake River Basin Sage Grouse Local Working Group. When he has free time, he spends it skiing, fishing, hunting and exploring the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem with his two dogs.
