Consultant Reviews Current LDRs
An outside consultant was hired to review how our current Land Development Regulations (LDRs) align with the 2012 Comp Plan. The report shows there is a lot of work to be done to align the two documents. The report echoes some of our concerns. It also acknowledges but rejects public opinion when it recommends 4 story buildings in Town. For a summary of the findings and recommendations click on this link:
