The Council should wait until after the November election and the new Council is seated before they revisit District 2. We need new leadership, so that we can get it right this time.
Besides the short term rental there are 1,200 units of free market unrestricted residential housing that’s part of the incentive. There should be no unrestricted residential or short term rentals of any kind included in the bonus FAR.
