On February 22 Judge Tyler heard arguments on our case challenging the Town of Jackson’s adoption of the 2012 Comp Plan. It will likely be several months before the Judge rules, but we believe our case is strong. For more information and comments from our legal team: Hearing Master Plan Lawsuit

SHJH thinks it is unfortunate that at least some of our elected officials decided to manipulate the process to deny citizens of the Town a right that was given to them by Wyoming State Statute.
